All products sold by Prime BioLabs are supplied strictly for legitimate research purposes only. 

Products are not intended for human consumption, human administration, veterinary use, diagnostic use or any therapeutic application. 

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing the products solely for lawful research purposes and will comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements. 

Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our website. 

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered. 

Product Testing and COAs 

All products are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis provided by our supplier or manufacturer. 

Selected products are also independently tested by an Australian laboratory as part of our quality-assurance program. Australian testing is not currently available for every product or every batch, and we are continuing to expand this program. 

Testing documentation is provided for research-reference purposes only and does not mean that a product is approved or suitable for human or veterinary use. 

Orders and Payment 

All orders are subject to availability, payment confirmation and acceptance by Prime BioLabs. 

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, incorrect information has been supplied or we reasonably believe the order may breach these Terms or applicable law. 

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and may change without notice. 

Shipping and Delivery 

We ship to eligible Australian addresses using tracked domestic delivery services. 

Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. 

Returns and Refunds 

Due to the nature of our research products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. 

Please contact us within seven days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be removed by a retailer’s terms or refund policy.  

No Medical Advice 

Information provided through our website, product pages, social-media accounts or customer-support channels is general research information only. 

Prime BioLabs does not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, administration instructions, treatment protocols or advice concerning the use of products for any health condition. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime BioLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from unlawful, improper or unauthorised use of our products or website. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. 

Prohibited Use 

You must not purchase, use, promote or resell our products for: 

• human or veterinary administration; 
• therapeutic or diagnostic purposes; 
• self-experimentation; 
• unlawful activity; or 
• any purpose inconsistent with these Terms. 

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect prohibited or unlawful use. 

Privacy 

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

We may share necessary information with trusted service providers involved in payment processing, ecommerce operations, delivery, analytics and customer support. 

Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. 

The latest version will be published on our website and will apply from the date shown above. 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. 

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
